Shipping & Returns

Shipping within New Zealand 

  • Nationwide shipping including P O Boxes, rural locations and Waiheke Island are charged at a flat rate of $5
  • Orders over $100 are automatically entitled to free freight.
  • You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after placing your order online.
  • Orders received before 9am are usually dispatched the same day using NZ Couriers or Post Haste on an overnight tracked service. Please note cartons to the South Island, rural addresses and Waiheke Island, are sent via a 2-3 day service.
  • You will be emailed a shipping notification with tracking details the day that your order has been collected.
  • Packages are sent on a tracked non-signature delivery service. If you have special instructions for delivery (or where to leave) please leave us notes in the order comments when checking out. 

Shipping across the ditch, to Australia 

  • Shipping to all parts of Australia, including P O Boxes and rural locations are charged a flat rate of $19.95 (NZD)
  • Orders over $200 (NZD) are automatically entitled to free freight. 
  • You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after placing your order online.
  • Orders are sent within three working days using NZ Post on a 3-10 day service. 
  • You will be emailed a shipping notification the day that your order has been dispatched.
  • Packages are sent on a tracked, insured (up to $250) delivery service. If you have special instructions for delivery (or where to leave) please leave us notes in the order comments when checking out. 
  • If you require an express courier, tracked service or insurance, please contact us for a quote.
  • Please note, Little & Loved are not liable for any customs or import duties that could arise. 

Shipping further afield, Internationally 

  • We're happy to provide shipping quotes for countries further afield than Australia.
  • Please contact us, with a list of the items you are looking to purchase and your delivery address.
  • In most cases we will use NZ Posts 3-10 day service, which is not tracked or insured. 
  • Please note, Little & Loved are not liable for any customs or import duties that could arise. 

Returns

We’re happy to exchange most items if you change your mind. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We do not refund postage costs for the return delivery of an item. Please email info@littleandloved.co.nz within 14 days of your order being placed to arrange return.
We do not exchange health care or food products, unopened or not.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please email us as soon as you can to chat about a replacement. 
Once item is received we aim to process returns within 3 days and send a 'gift voucher' via email for you to purchase an exchange item.
